Job Title: Brand Marketing Content Strategist

Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Content Strategist to join their team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives exceptional engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives exceptional engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the email subscriber base while maintaining high engagement levels through segmentation and personalization.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize various email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and targeted outreach to achieve marketing goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and subscriber behavior to inform future strategies, using data to drive decisions and report on ROI.
  • Work with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and explore innovative email marketing techniques and technologies.

About You:

  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, automation tools, and analytics software.
  • CRM expertise in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns.
  • Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and email personalization techniques.
  • Proficiency with Klayvio and relevant plugins.
  • Strategic thinker: Ability to align email campaigns with overarching marketing goals and see the bigger picture.
  • Creative content creator: Skilled at crafting engaging and persuasive email content.
  • Data-driven decision maker: Strong analytical background to guide strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Adaptable and agile: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt strategies based on evolving trends.
  • Start-up experience: Prior success working for a start-up is highly desirable; experience building out a CRM function from the ground up is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
