Job Summary:

The BoTree Luxury Hotel is seeking a skilled Guest Communication Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, managing reservations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle all phone calls, both internal and external, to provide timely and accurate information to guests.
  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate records, ensuring guest preferences are updated and their stay is tailored to their needs.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Go above and beyond to manage guest feedback, addressing concerns and exceeding expectations to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience in a luxury hotel or customer-facing role.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficiency in face-to-face and telephone communication, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
