Job Title: DevOps Process Improvement Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Process Improvement Lead to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-growing investment platform business, renowned for its award-winning range of solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience in implementing DevOps practices and will be able to drive process improvements across the organization.

This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, increasing to 31 days with service, plus bank holidays, discretionary bi-annual bonus, contributory pension scheme, buy as you earn share scheme, bike loan, season ticket loan portal, discounted PMI and dental, free social events, and more.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a similar role
