Job Overview

Teva's Combination Products and Devices R&D, Small Molecules team is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Abbots Park, Runcorn-based team.

Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for the development of needle-based injection devices and other technologies for delivery of Teva's Small Molecule medications. Our broad portfolio of both generic and specialty medicines covers a variety of core device types: Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS), pen injectors, and Autoinjectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for our devices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure device functionality and performance
  • Contribute to the development of device prototypes and test plans
  • Work with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in device development and design. You will also need excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
