Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. The successful candidate will work full-time at a Primary School in Wandsworth, supporting children aged 3 to 11 with various behavioural needs. This challenging yet rewarding role involves working closely with teachers, support staff, and families to help students overcome challenges and succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

The Behaviour Mentor will be responsible for:
  • Running interventions to support pupils with behavioural needs
  • Mentoring pupils one-to-one to help them overcome challenges
  • Promoting positive behaviour strategies across the school
  • Working closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support pupil progress

Requirements

To be considered for this Behaviour Mentor role, you must have:
  • Previous experience working with children who require additional support, including those with Special Educational Needs or challenging behaviour
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships between staff, pupils, and families
  • A strong focus on collaboration and a commitment to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment

Salary and Benefits

The Behaviour Mentor role offers a competitive salary range of £90-£110 per day, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will benefit from working in a dynamic and supportive environment that celebrates individuality and fosters a love of learning. Estimated Salary: £98.00/day.
