Ripple Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Newcastle Area. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in various primary schools within Newcastle and surrounding areas, providing excellent educational support to primary schools and pupils in different settings.

We are looking for a committed Supply Teaching Assistant in Newcastle and surrounding areas to complement our team of educators. If you are passionate about education and have the ability to support delivering high standards of teaching and learning to pupils, whilst creating relationships of mutual trust, then we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children
  • Support the school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of a school
  • Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 2 references
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Minimum Level 2 Teaching assistant / Level 6 Qualification - Degree
  • Experience of working in a primary school
