Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at JJ Food Service. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer orders for loading onto our lorries
  • Store items safely in the correct location
  • Check stock for damage, loss, or short-dated items and report as required
  • Manual handling – lifting or moving products as required
  • Physical requirements – pushing and pulling the trolley to carry items

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent people skills, as well as being a great team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A physically active nature (due to heavy lifting)
  • A good standard of spoken English
