This Patient Care Advisor role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

You will work closely with the healthcare team to provide tailored conversations and ensure that customers feel informed and confident about their healthcare needs.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £26,000-£31,000, based on an hourly rate of £12.69-£14.05 across selected locations within London.

Your Key Responsibilities.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Provide accurate and effective health advice through focussed conversations
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the dispensary, including managing stock and supplies
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote services and items
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards of patient care

Requirements and Qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in pharmacy services or be working towards a related qualification.

Experience with medicines counter assistant qualifications or equivalent is essential.

A willingness to achieve a higher-level qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 (QCF), is also desirable.
