We are seeking an exceptional Adult Care Specialist to join our dedicated team at HC-One. As a member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to our residents in Loansdean, Morpeth, Northumberland, England.

About the Role:

  • You will assist residents with their daily needs, including personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
  • You will provide a level of care that truly comes from the heart, making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.

Requirements:

  • Able to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if there are any concerns.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and able to work effectively within a team.
  • Able to attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role.
