Sign Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Sign Fitter to join our team at Stafflex, a leading provider of sign solutions and display systems. As a Sign Fitter, you will be responsible for creating high-quality signs and graphics using computer-controlled machines and manual preparation techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all workshop, yard, and work site areas are clean, tidy, and organized.
- Operate plotters and laminators to produce graphics for signs and vehicles, and prepare them for installation.
- Inspect and pack completed work, communicate with customers, and arrange courier consignments as needed.
- Prepare vehicles for graphics installation and learn how to install a wide range of materials on various vehicles.
- Assist the installations team, learning how to install signs and graphics, including working at height from ladders, scaffolding, and powered access machines.
- Manage paperwork, including method statements, risk assessments, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
- Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and occasionally travel with overnight hotel stays.
