About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Amspec. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and project specifications. Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes. Facilitate safety inspections and address any safety concerns immediately with the site teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and building codes.
