Deputy Clinical Service Manager for Theatres

Are you a highly skilled Registered Nurse looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced Operating Department?
Circle Health Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Clinical Service Manager to join their team of staff in the Theatre department.
This is a Full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, requiring a flexible shift pattern. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Clinical Governance requirements, a strong leadership presence, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities will include coordinating the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department, providing safe quality clinical care for patients, and acting as clinical leader for the theatre team.
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with a valid NMC Registration, holding a Level 1 Diploma or BSc in Nursing Studies. They will also possess extensive experience working in an acute hospital setting in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent, as well as previous experience in a Clinical Lead role.
