About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Sales Manager to join our team in Cumbria or Grunberg, Germany. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our regional director to develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue targets and increasing market share.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in both established and emerging markets. Your role will also include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing technical support and expertise, and conducting market research to inform our sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electrical industry, with experience in sales being preferable. However, candidates with a solid electrical knowledge and experience of managing electrical failures and problem-solving will also be considered. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is around £65,000-£85,000 per year, depending on experience. Training will be provided as required, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key.
