This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your surveying expertise in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Estimated Salary:

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description:
  1. Undertake site surveys to guarantee precision and adherence to project specifications
  2. Carry out utility surveys and create accurate maps of underground utilities
  3. Produce detailed survey reports and present findings to cross-functional teams
  4. Apply cutting-edge surveying technologies and software to collect and interpret data
  5. Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to drive project success
  6. Ensure all surveying activities align with industry norms and safety procedures
  7. Offer technical assistance and mentorship to junior staff members, if required
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Substantial experience in multi-utility excavations (e.g., water, gas, electricity, etc.)
  2. Utilities Detection/Mapping or equivalent qualification
  3. Expertise in setting out & as-built capture using GPS/Total Stations
  4. In-depth knowledge of PAS128 and PAS256
  5. Strong computer skills
