Residential Quantity Surveying Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Quantity Surveying Expert to join our team at Cobalt Recruitment. As a key member of our Residential division, you will be responsible for leading complex construction projects from start to finish, focusing on quantity surveying expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion and financial success.
• Client Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Quality Management: Ensure every project follows our Quality Management System for consistent, exceptional results.

Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, or related field.
• Chartered RICS membership (desired).
• Proficiency in measurement software (CostX experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.

About the Role:
