About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalised care plans, and working closely with a core team of carers. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering tailored care plans, managing the multidisciplinary team (MDT), and providing ongoing monitoring and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs.

This role is ideal for experienced RSCN nurses looking to further their careers and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

About the Job

As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will work Monday to Friday (9-5) hours, with 2 days of remote work per week. The salary range is up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, use of a company pool car or travel card, business travel expenses, and an excellent learning and development programme.
