Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client's learning offering and contribute to creating a blended learning experience for their colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and producing engaging digital and face-to-face learning solutions that support various learning initiatives.
  • Taking creative responsibility for blended learning projects and content delivery.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to develop innovative digital and blended learning solutions.
  • Providing guidance on the development of blended learning content practises and approaches.
  • Contracting with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and scope projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensuring that the organisation's digital and blended content remains up to date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Capturing and analysing feedback to continuously improve content and design.
  • Collaborating with the wider learning team to support the delivery of learning and development projects.
  • Ensuring that learning content is relevant, engaging, and provides tangible results.
  • Taking ownership of learning concepts from inception to implementation, managing projects effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in creating digital learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, or Biteable.
  • Proven experience in learning design and delivery, specifically in a blended learning capacity.
  • Strong creative design and delivery skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital learning models and methods.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Experience in video and audio creation and editing is desirable.
  • Project delivery experience and digital design qualifications are a plus.
