Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a lovely care home in Broadway. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to take on a challenging and rewarding role, working in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized care to our residents, as well as contributing to the development of our care home's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized care for residents
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, including medication management and wound care
  • Contribute to the development of care home policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN. You will also need to have a minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered Nurse and be able to work a 12-hour shift pattern, including weekends on a rota basis.
