About this role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Education and Training Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for education and a desire to develop their teaching and support skills.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Deliver lessons and provide targeted support to students in the absence of the classroom teacher.
  2. Work closely with teachers and school leaders to contribute to the planning and development of curriculum activities.
  3. Assist in the assessment of student progress and provide valuable insights and feedback.
  4. Implement positive behaviour management strategies and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  5. Engage in continuous professional development and stay informed about best practices and educational innovations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any subject and experience working with children, preferably as a Teaching Assistant. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
