Creative Art Educator for Derbyshire School

We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join our school in Derbyshire, with an ASAP start available.
This full-time position is suitable for both experienced Art teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), who can help KS3 and KS4 students develop their artistic skills and understanding of various techniques and materials.
The role will involve delivering inspiring lessons, encouraging students to explore their creativity, and adapting lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Art to KS3 and KS4 students
- Deliver engaging lessons that inspire creativity
- Adapt lessons to meet individual student needs
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related field
- Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4 (desirable but not essential for ECTs)
What We Offer:
The salary for this Art Teacher position will be around £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, which is in line with the Main Pay Scale (MPS) pay scale.
