Academic Quality Assurance Manager

Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products and services delivered by the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive improvements in all aspects of quality assurance through the organisation and supply base.
- Monitor and report on production and in-service quality issues both internally and externally.
- Root cause analysis of quality issues and lead the corrective and preventative action process with suppliers.
- Management of the ECR (Engineering Change Request) procedure.
- Experience with process mapping and quality management tools.
- Experience of electromechanical assembly, mechanical, electrical and software systems, and manual assembly processes.
- Proficient in quality analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and lean manufacturing.
- Strong communicator, organised with good time management.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or Quality Manager in a manufacturing, engineering, mechanical, or electronics environment.
