Danaher is a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification, helping customers solve their toughest challenges with innovative products and solutions.
About the Role:
- Lead and develop associates in applying DBS fundamentals and principles in the areas of logistics and distribution.
- Participate and help facilitate a major initiative to fully automate the distribution network of a leader in the global manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving targeted, sustainable improvement by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and the change management process specifically for OTD (On-Time-Delivery) and Inventory Control metrics.
- Responsible for providing formal as well as informal DBS training and coaching.
- Acts as a leader in Policy Deployment and Daily Management reviews (as appropriate).
Travel and Benefits:
- Required to travel up to 20% of business days every two weeks within the continental U.S. and an occasional travel out of the country.
- We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay and requires a valid driver's license.
