About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our talented reception team at the exclusive Culloden Estate and Spa. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of guests and the premises of the hotel, while providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve and assist guests for the duration of the night
  • Provide the highest standards of service to guests, ensuring all needs and expectations are met
  • Be knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel and the amenities and attractions in the locality
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment
Requirements
  • A right to work within the United Kingdom
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be a team player
  • Good attention to detail and a smart, well-groomed appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
