DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a Clinical Risk Solicitor to join our Bristol office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in defendant or claimant clinical negligence, or defendant insurance law, with a strong technical skillset and ability to understand and work through complex issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as first and primary contact for clients on a day-to-day basis, providing commercially focused legal advice
  • Providing supervision and coaching to junior fee earners
  • Contributing to non-fee earning activity, such as knowledge sharing, training, client seminars, and business development
  • Managing files, billing regimes, and client protocols
  • Writing articles for publication

The successful candidate will have a commercial perspective, be highly client-focused, and have experience in business development activities.
