Conveyancing Legal Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Legal Administrator to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Residential Property Department, you will provide administrative support to the head of department and respond to initial client queries for quotes on sales and purchases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Residential Property Department, including completing internal forms and tracking data.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, speaking with prospective clients over the phone and providing information regarding legal services within the department.
  • Provide accurate quotes to prospective clients and follow up to maximise conversion from a lead to a sale.
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and web queries, and perform general administration duties.
  • Work in a safe and secure manner, with regard to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Requirements:
  • A basic understanding of the sale and purchase process.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to undertake any other reasonable activity requested by the Firm.
