**Job Summary**

Dream Medical is seeking an experienced and hard-working Medical Practitioner to join our team in Hull. As a Medical Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a purpose-built surgery. Your day-to-day will involve conducting surgery and telephone consultations, dealing with queries, paperwork, and correspondence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct surgery and telephone consultations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
* Screen for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
* Develop and maintain a high standard of patient care throughout all aspects of primary care
* Support other members of the practice clinical team by providing clinical supervision as required
