**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Photocopier Technician to join our team at CV Library in Yorkshire. As a Field Service Engineer Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of high-end Photocopiers/MFDs, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair the full range of MFP & Production Print equipment in line with technical specifications.
  • Attend to field technical calls at client premises, responding within targeted response times and fixing products efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate technical records are maintained via PDA service support tools and communicate with call control as required.
  • Manage cloud-based digital document repository access via regular online synchronisation of provided laptop tools.
  • Keep company vehicles clean and presentable, maintaining them in line with published procedures.
  • Participate in technical training courses, seminars, and events to maintain technical skills and product awareness.
  • Liaise with other departments to promote operational efficiency.
  • Communicate within Technical Department escalation channels regarding technical observations.
  • DBS and SC Vetting are mandatory requirements for this role.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced IT networking/connectivity experience.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Company car + fuel or van.
  • Contributory pension scheme 5%.
  • Sick pay scheme.
  • Death in Service.
