About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Probate Lawyer to join our team at Clear Legal Recruitment Limited. As a Probate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of quality private client matters.

The ideal candidate will have a background in handling their own caseload of private client matters and a practical and commercial approach. You will also need to have good personal skills and the ability to build a rapport and network with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling your own caseload of quality private client matters
  • Providing advice on will drafting, including complex wills, estate and inheritance tax planning
  • Assisting with estate administration and taking instructions for Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Managing contentious probate matters

Requirements:

  • Over a year's worth of previous Private Client experience
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • IT competent
  • A smart and tidy appearance
