As the Head of Visitor Enterprises, you will inspire a team who strive for excellence every day. Our exceptional Visitor Enterprises team welcomes people from around the world to enjoy the magnificent Sandringham House, gardens, and country park.

Deliver World-Class Customer Service:

You will lead the delivery of public-facing activities and operations at the Sandringham Estate, ensuring the teams provide world-class customer service standards across the Estate.

Develop and Improve Operations:

You will develop and improve our Visitor Services, Retail, and Catering operations, as well as our annual events programme. You will work to ensure seamless integration with the site, being both a busy working private Royal residence and a significant tourist destination.

About You:

You'll be an experienced operations manager, ideally having overseen a premier tourist attraction. You will have the knowledge needed to balance both operational and strategic aspects of Visitor Enterprises.
