Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide high-quality support and care to young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to each young person, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Facilitate social activities and outings, promoting social skills and independence.
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including schools and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • 12 months experience working in a residential setting, preferably with young people with EBD needs.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins and weekends.
