About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Tesco. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including store policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a high level of store appearance and presentation.
