Exciting Opportunity in AXA Group Internal Audit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our AXA Group Internal Audit team on a 9-month fixed term contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing independent assurance and improving control culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all phases of the audit process for assigned audits to the required Group and IIA standards
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key business risks in the areas covered, including emerging risks
  • Maintain good awareness of significant developments within the financial services industry and apply knowledge to internal audit activity
  • Establish strong risk assessments and audit programmes for the audits covered
  • Develop auditors and apprentices who are working on the same projects
  • Complete Audit Feedback Forms (Self-Assessments) promptly and seek feedback
Requirements:
  • Resilience under pressure, work effectively alone or as part of a team
  • Excellent networking and influencing skills
  • Commercial business experience in one or more of Financial Services, Insurance or Internal Audit/similar control function
  • Significant knowledge of audit practices and techniques
