About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to a young client with spina bifida in their family home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the client with personal care, medication, and mobility needs
  • Assist with daily activities, such as getting ready for bed and engaging in hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the client
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family and healthcare team to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support is not required, as full training and support will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
