Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Joiner with multi-skilled capabilities to join our dynamic team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a crucial member of our construction and maintenance division, you will play a key role in ensuring the upkeep, improvement, and safety of social housing units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-quality joinery work in social housing units, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Perform a range of multi-skilled tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, to ensure the efficient completion of projects.
  • Assess and repair various components within social housing units, utilizing your expertise to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a joiner with multi-skilled capabilities, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
