SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with diverse needs in their learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive environment.
- Assist with individual and small group activities.
- Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to educators and parents.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or educational setting.
- Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude.
