Finance Director

We are looking for a talented Finance professional to fill the role of Plant Controller at our Padiham site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in supply chain management and production planning.

• Month-end closing activities: account reconciliation, journal entry preparation, and management reporting.
• Year-end closing reporting: management reporting, audit compliance, and performance analysis.
• Highlighting financial risks and opportunities to the plant manager, along with weekly updates to the business.
• Completing and delivering divisional forecasts, budgets, and cost reviews on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
• Monitoring and reporting site KPIs to the business and senior leadership team.
• Acting as a Business Advisor and Controller of all site-related costs.
• Analyzing and reporting sales performance and site productivity, tracking customer contracts and rebate schedules.
• Pricing, collaborating with the central commercial team to address potential pricing issues.
• Leading and overseeing capital investment projects relevant to the site.
• Reporting and signing off on the yearly budget.

• A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
