Site Engineering Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Site Engineer to join our Construction team in Crawley, West Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction services company on our structured graduate development programme.

The programme has been designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your chosen profession and progress within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of 'as-built drawings' and maintain the drawing register.
  • Establish and manage effective systems to record work completed, updating the Project Quality Plan accordingly and reviewing against time, quality, dimensions, and quantity.
  • Record and test workmanship and materials, such as drainage, concrete, piling, brickwork, etc.
  • Set out works controls to allow works to be constructed within allowable tolerances and ensure that all setting out instruments and measuring equipment are delivered to site with a calibration certificate and recorded accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Due to graduate in 2025 or have recently graduated within the past three years with a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
