Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Fabric Installation Engineer to join our team. As a Fabric Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive trade-related maintenance tasks, ordering supplier parts, and managing van stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake planned and reactive trade-related maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Order supplier parts via purchase order line to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage van stock to ensure that all necessary materials are available for tasks.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as designated to provide emergency support.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to rectify faults and maintenance issues.
  • Take measurements, estimate labor, and identify material requirements for follow-on works via our reporting system.
  • Provide support to other trades as required.

Requirements:

  • Recognized trade qualifications in joinery, plumbing, bricklaying, or general construction maintenance.
  • Basic competency in using technology, including email and internal software systems.
  • Full driving license essential.
  • Ability to commit to project work and stay out Monday to Friday as required.
  • Sound understanding of Health, Safety, and environmental legislation and working practices.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) essential.
  • Ability to cover emergency call-outs (evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis).
