Children's Residential Care Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with children and young people in a residential setting, providing direct support and ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential service.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of individualized support plans.
Essential Requirements:
- An HNC or SVQ level 3 qualification in Child Care (Working with Young People) or Social Care.
- Relevant experience working in residential child care.
- A current driving licence (desirable).
- PVG membership for Regulated Work with vulnerable children and/or protected adults.
- An overseas criminal record check (if applicable).
