Our team provides advice on debt raisings, refinancings, amendments, and other capital-related matters across 25 global offices.

We are seeking a highly experienced Debt Advisory Vice President to join our team in London and drive business growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leading role in debt capital markets and develop their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the origination and execution of debt raising and refinancing mandates in the UK and globally.
  • Leading business development initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, private equity, and lender clients.
  • Management of loan and bond databases, preparation of pitch books, and tracking market trends.
  • Working with senior colleagues on strategic plans and providing consistently high standards of work.
  • Playing a key role in team management, including resourcing, recruitment, and career development.
Requirements:
  • Good degree and/or ACA/ACCA/CFA qualification.
  • Significant experience in debt advisory and corporate finance.
  • Excellent financial modelling skills in Excel and sound understanding of key financial statements.
  • Able to produce clear and accurate presentations and client documentation.
  • Confident when interfacing with clients and able to manage a portfolio of projects.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours and in remote environments.
Salary:

£120,000 - £180,000 per annum.
