About the Role
The Product Analytics team at Rapid7 is seeking a highly motivated and inquisitive individual to join our team as a Product Data Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely, credible, and integrated data solutions to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect business requirements and design data-driven solutions to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure data quality and governance initiatives are aligned with business needs.
- Drive engagement with the analytics community by sharing best practices, creating training resources, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
- Assist with onboarding users and administration tasks in Tableau.
Requirements
- BS in Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a data-focused role, preferably in a business intelligence or analytics team.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases and business intelligence tooling, preferably Tableau.
- Strong work ethic, resiliency, desire to learn, organizational skills, and self-motivation.
- Ability to complete well-defined tasks with minimal supervision and effectively communicate status and escalate blockers.
