About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities and mental health needs, enhancing their quality of life and supporting them to achieve their goals.

As a Night Support Worker, you will be assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care, and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a genuinely caring and hands-on individual who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. The ideal candidate will be resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach, with experience working with individuals with diverse needs.

You don't need to have extensive experience to be a fantastic Support Worker; what you need is a passion for making a difference, a desire to learn, and a genuine caring attitude.
