The Role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team at Bowbridge Court Care Home. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting residents with their daily needs, including personal care and social activities;">
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents;">
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment;">
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.">

Salary and Benefits

This is a salaried position, and we offer a competitive salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including paid DBS/PVG, free uniform, company pension scheme, and access to various wellbeing services.
