We are a rapidly growing well-funded biotech company based in Cambridge, UK. Our mission is to create novel small molecule degraders of protein aggregates to combat neurodegenerative diseases.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Drug Discovery Specialist to lead efforts developing and running assays both in the laboratory and with partners. This role will include both laboratory work and management of CRO and partner efforts and bringing together these workflows.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial setting, preferably within a CRO or biotech company. They will possess hands-on experience with high-throughput cellular and biochemical assay development, screening and transfer to other sites or partners.
The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
