This role will be a hybrid position, offering flexible homeworking and client site work.

We are seeking an experienced professional to work with clients in the Glasgow area and surrounding regions.

As a key member of the RSK Biocensus team, you will be involved in the management and delivery of all aspects of field surveys, assessment, tendering, report writing, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and training to team members, setting a positive example.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure tender opportunities and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Offer expert advice, exercising professional integrity and sound judgment within your area of expertise.
  • Support colleagues in upholding professional standards, acting as a role model.
  • Continuously develop your professional knowledge and skills, maintaining a personal CPD record and an up-to-date professional CV.
  • Utilize the PDR process to set objectives for the year ahead, focusing on skill development and competency enhancement in line with team needs and your interests.

Person Specification

  • First degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant years of experience since graduation.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Species-specific personal licenses are desirable.
  • Full membership with CIEEM.
  • Adherence to CIEEM's Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Working towards Chartership (CEcol unless CEnv has more relevance).
