Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need extra help
  • Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning atmosphere
  • Help children with personal care tasks and social development when required
  • Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a carer (no formal teaching experience required)

  • DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
