Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Prestatyn, working in our well-established Beresford Adams estate agency.

About the Role

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the property industry
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Resilience, positivity, and a strong work ethic
  • IT literacy and a full UK driving license
