Caretaker Assistant

Premier Work Support is seeking a Caretaker Assistant for an ongoing temporary assignment in the Medway area. Our estimated salary for this role is £8.50-£10.00 per hour, based on industry standards and the location. As a Caretaker Assistant, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and cleaning of internal and external communal areas. The successful candidate may be required to drive a company vehicle, so it would be ideal if you have a clean driving licence or maximum 3 penalty points for insurance purposes. You will ensure the safety and security of the buildings, ideally have previous cleaning and caretaking experience, and be well organised and highly motivated. Immediate starts are available for the right candidates.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and 8:00am to 3:30pm on a Friday. If you are a reliable and skilled individual who takes pride in their work, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
