Role Overview:

As a First Line Manager at Currys, you will be responsible for overseeing the running of our Customer Service Centres. This includes managing staffing and other resources to ensure seamless operations. You will motivate a team of delivery drivers, warehouse teams, and support colleagues to deliver on targets, providing regular and consistent performance feedback. Your influence will be key in operational decisions, and you will be expected to mentor your team to prioritize performance improvement. To succeed in this role, you will need some experience or exposure to people management, a track record of contributing to operational success, and confidence in working and developing a team to deliver for our customers.
