Restaurant Team Member - Back of House
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our Back of House team at German Doner Kebab.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality, outstanding guest care, and amazing service.
Your role will involve working closely with our kitchen team to ensure that every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience and will want to return to us.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a positive and proactive attitude, be able to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail, and be able to achieve the highest guest satisfaction by producing quality products in a timely manner.
Key skills and knowledge needed for the role include:
- Ensuring appropriate portion & quality control.
- Consistently monitoring food levels within the kitchen.
- Working safely & consciously to Food Safety Standards always.
- Cleaning equipment thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to GDK standards.
- Maintaining a clean & professional appearance.
- Demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks and working as part of a team.
- Understanding the ingredients, method & build of each of our menu products.
- FOLLOWING GDK cleaning & storage standards, including helping with pot wash and having a clean as you go attitude.
- Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with GDK standards.
